Shipping policy

We currently ship throughout New Zealand. 

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. As some Don't Be coy products are handmade or made to order, processing times may vary. 

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. 

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside our control. Delays may occur with courier, particularly during busy period or circumstances outside our control. 

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hi@dontbecoy.nz

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will help sort it out.
